Unfortunately, this question can be answered correctly by Authirize.net since you are referring to the processing charges. We request to check with Authorize.net support to answer this question. JotForm forwards the form/payment information to the payment processor for processing the payment and only receives a success/fail response from the payment gateway.
If you are referring to any charges from JotForm's end, we do not charge any except for the subscription plan that you have chosen.

Once the account has received 10 submissions, the account will be given a day to upgrade the account. If the account is not upgraded, the forms shall be disabled. If you want to continue with the Free account, you may wait for the submission counter to reset on the first day of the following month so that the forms shall be enabled automatically.
