All of a sudden, with no changes/intervention in JotForm or Google, forms are no longer integrating. Is this a know issue today or unique only to my form?

I've tested the integration on my end and I can see it works without any problem, I've also checked your form and noticed there's indeed an integration on your form, I've already sent the missing submissions to your form, though this does not fix the integration you should see it updated now.
I would suggest you to re-integrate your form in order to fix any issue in the current integration, if the issue still persists, please let us know, we will be glad to help you.
