I hit submit and it hangs at please wait

When i pick profile type User Account it works and redirects to the correct webpage.

If I pick Life Coach Account and pick any of the levels 1, 2 or 3 it takes me to a profile page and then when I hit submit it hangs at Please Wait.

I have tried it in chrome, firefox and incognito window.

both plan Level 2 and Level 3 should redirect to 2 different jotform forms.

I have looked at your forms, and I found a couple of issues in the conditions that you have set.

In the Sign Up Registration form, you have the following conditions:

I notice that in the second condition, you have your condition set to CONTAINS rather than IS EQUAL TO, and in the third condition, the redirect value is just 1, not a valid URL.

Moreover, in the Level 2 Provider form, the Thank You Page is set to redirect to an external page, but there is no URL provided to redirect to. Please see image below:

I'm still stuck I disable all redirects and remove integrations.

It works if I choose user account. But not working if I pick I pick Life Coach?

It has me puzzled. Can you find what I'm missing?

Your form is well configured. I cloned it and after a lot of testing I found out that the reason why is not submitting is due to the All States and Cities widget labeled as "Country":

I am not sure why it is not working when that widget is added, I tried adding and removing it again, but it did not work. I also tried the widget in another form, and it worked fine. I would suggest you to use a native address field instead.
