How can i fix this ? I use my sales forms for my company and I am very worried.
My account appears AUTOSUSPEND and My forms are disabled.

Your account is suspended due that you are requesting usernamein plain text field on your form "Elección de Mejores Publicaciones".
We have removed the guilty fields on this form and reactivate the account. You must refrain from doing a new form like that to prevent a potential suspension of your account.
