Users can't submit form

    Hi,

    Is there a problem on your servers, or is it something specific to my form? My users are unable to submit form https://form.jotform.com/HMSSPA/hms-datasheet for processing. They get 502 Bad Gateway message.

    Hello Ivona,

    I opened your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. I also cloned it and I still got the same result. 

    I cleared your form cache so it will be refreshed in our server. Please let us know if you still experiencing the error 502 so we can investigate it further.
