Different autoresponder email based on selection

I have a form that allows the customer to select where they want to pick up an item.

Is it possible to have autoresponder emails to the customer based on which location they select (i.e. a different email for Location One to Location Two).

I currently have notification emails to each of the item's custodians but I would like to do similar for the autoresponder emails (so location specific information can be given to the customer).
