How can i read data in another google sheet to opulate a column in a form

I'm afraid there's no way to achieve that. Yes, we integrate with Google Spreadsheet but the integration works the other way around.

Once you integrate a form with a Google Sheet, submission data will then be passed to the sheet (not the sheet populating data to the form).
