Custom email templates support at JotForm

Hi,

Is it possible to use custom designed email templates? I've tried pasting the HTML for my email into the Source Code, but it doesn't quite work as expected. For example, the email is wrapped in a block, so backgrounds are inline rather than spanning full width.

Do you have a sample screenshot of what you would the email template to look like?

Currently, it is possible to use HTML code to design your email alerts, you can also do inline styling on them. Javascript codes are not allowed there, though. 

I cloned your form and I checked the email alert titled "Custom", so far this is what I am seeing: 

You can totally change the email content, if you would like to add the submission data on it, simply choose the fields under the "Form Fields" drop down list.

Yes, screenshots attached. As you can see, the JotForm email adds margins all around the email. Whilst the second screenshot of the test email from my email creator doesn't do this.

I'm just copying and pasting the HTML from the email creator into JotForm.

Also, custom fonts aren't loading in the JotForm email (i know some clients aren't able to load custom fonts) but they do load no problem from the email creator. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that custom email template will be 100% compatible with our builder. The empty space is added by a paragraph tag, this is not possible to remove that paragraph, but you can hide it with added style="display: none;".
