Is it possible to quickly tally the results? I'm able to receive the results via email but I'm not able to access the form my colleague made and tally the results from your website. This is the form in question https://form.jotform.me/70838091736463

Is there an alternative way for me to gain access or even tally from my mail using a third-party method?

You can create a visual report to create a tally of your submission results. You can check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/187-How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-Your-Form-Submissions

However in order to be able to do this, you will need to have access to the form. I would recommend to ask your colleague to provide you access to the form.

Another method for you to be able to create reports is to ask the form owner to make your account be the subuser under his account. Please check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User

Then once your account has become a subuser, you will notice that a Shared with you text will appear on the left panel of your My Forms page. Clicking this will list the forms shared with you by the account owner.
