When I send myself a test email the attachment isn't there. Does this mean that the attachment hasn't worked?

Can you please provide the URL to the specific form you're referring to?
I went ahead and checked your account, If you're referring to the YWAMer applying to be on the team at Holmsted Manor, then there option to send PDF is set to OFF in the notification email. Are you testing on the autoresponder? or on the notification email? Please provide more details.

Yes - it's for the *YWAMer applying to be on the team at Holmsted Manor *and
it's regarding the autoresponder. I have uploaded a PDF attachment to be
sent out, but in the test the PDF isn't attached.

I've just tried to complete a dummy form so that I can see if the
autoresponder is working - it is not. I didn't get an email once I had
submitted.
I have as far as I can tell made sure that it is "on".

Can you check the spam folder of your email and see if the autoresponder email went there? If the email was not sent in the spam folder, can you provide us the test email you use where the autoresponder is sent so we can further check? I also noticed that you are using personnel@holmsted.org.uk email as your sender email, please try to set the sender email to noreply@jotform.com and see if you will receive the autoresponder email properly.

the team" which is sent out when we send a TEST. *However, this doesn't
send out automatically, as set, or with the PDF uploaded. *

When you have encrypted submissions enabled, autoresponder emails will not send and data contained in notification emails will be encrypted. This is to ensure that encrypted data remains secure.
If you need to send autoresponder emails when submissions are received, you would need to disabled encrypted submissions.
