Load questions after a period of time

I am looking to have a user watch a video segment and then the questions load after a period of time. Is this possible? I don't want the user randomly selecting answers to move on to section without watching the video. 


Or, is there a way to have the form have a timer that estimates how long the quiz should take?

Please note that it is possible to enforce a timed limit on the form. After this time limit, form will not be allowed to be submitted. You may like to take a look at the following widget and see if that fits into your requirement:
