I see that the question is already addressed a few days ago by one of our colleagues on your other thread. Since the account is upgraded using PayPal, please follow the steps below to cancel the subscription.
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Find the latest payment you made to us
3. Click on your subscription number
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again. But your account will hold Bronze status until your next billing date.
