It says I have reached my account limits when sending emails through the system

    Dear Jotform,


    By sending emails the system is giving the error; Oops, reached your limits but I' haven't reached any of my limits.

    How is that possible?

    Please note that we allow Free accounts to send 20 emails per hour, and I suspect that this is the limit you have hit, as you mentioned sending emails through our system.
