How can I create a form that submits to a certain email address?

Hi,

I created a form but depending on the results from the form, I would like it to be submitted to a certain email address listed below. Lets say in the form there's a drop section with 3 options for information Car, Multimedia, and Home. If the user selects Car, then when the user submits the form, it is sent to a specific email for Car listed below. And if they decided to choose Home, then it's sent to a different email for Home listed below.

Is an option for this available?

Car: car@infomation.com
Multimedia: multimedia@infomation.com
Home: home@infomation.com
