Hello!  My web designer has been trying to get into our account. She's tried several times and now it has suspended her.  I tried to get online to change the password, and it has auto-suspended me, which I assume is because of her numerous attempts.

I tried to go through the reset process, and the system states it will send me an email.  I've tried a couple of times with no email.

I've had this account for YEARS, not sure what the problem is.

Can someone call or email me, please?  Thanks so much!

    Thank you for contacting us!

Your account was auto-suspended by our Phishing detector system. It requested in form , credit card sensitive information on plain text fields.

You agreed upon acceptance of the Terms of Use that the Company ( meaning JotForm) may terminate your JotForm service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining sensitive information, such as and not limited to: credit cards, Social Security Numbers or login credentials, or any other sensitive personal information such as banking sensitive coding.

Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms. Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

Your form has been cleared and now your account is active.

Be aware that only paid accounts are considered for non-suspension. Free accounts once screened by the system are automatically suspended.

    Thank you.
