Help with ordering multiple t-shirts without pay pal

Hi,

I am trying to create a t-shirt order form that allows parents to order t-shirts online.  I have two different payment methods, paypal or send money in to the school.  I think I have the paypal part fine, but I am having problems setting up the option to order more than one t-shirt in different sizes when paying check/cash to the school.  Is there an easier way than the way I have it configured?  If not, can I give the user their total amount so they know what to send into the school.
