Will I be able to export more responses if I upgrade?

I am getting more responses by email, of people who filled in a form.

We are on free version so its not possible to export over 100

If I pay the upgrade, can you allow us to export the responses over 100?

They are still coming in by email.

The submissions storage is a different limit compared to the 100 submissions monthly limit. In relation to storage and submissions, Free users are limited to the following:

- 500 submissions in total on his account.
- 100 monthly submissions *
- 10 payment submissions *
- 100MB file storage **

* Means the limit shall trigger an overlimit temporary suspension on whichever comes first.

** For the file storage limit, this does not restart monthly. You will need to delete some old submissions in order to get more space.

In relation to exporting of your responses -- You should be able to store up to 500 submissions/responses for your account and so you should be able to export up to 500 submissions.

If you receive more than 500 submissions, the oldest submission shall be removed from your view in compliance to the 500 submissions limit.

Upon upgrade, you should be able to export all of your submissions including the oldest. Upgrading to Bronze will give you up to 1000 monthly submissions.
