The client Vik from Gofuel did a test email with the PDF direct debit form but he didn’t get the thanks for application email response.
He's following it up as someone said they applied for a new card using the form and they didn’t receive a confirmation email. Can we check why please.

I checked your form (https://form.jotform.co/62378785447876) and I noticed that there are conditions for sending the email notifications.
Can you please try creating a condition email for the Autoresponder email as well? For example, please see the image below:
