Thanks for the answer above but now that I have pasted my form the layout is all disfigured and many of the drop down tabs are missing. Why is this and can I resolve this?

Please provide us with a link to your web page with embedded form, so we will be able to check the layout issue.

Hi Rachel,
As per checking, I was able to see the issue you are reporting. Some texts are out of line when viewing your form in mobile even using the direct link of the form.
As per checking, the text displayed are initially aligned spacing. Please try to use a table to display the text so when viewed in mobile it will be displayed properly.

racheldowdieReplied on April 11, 2017 at 10:45 AMThanks for the below...but now that I have done that when I click on the number of guests attending the rest of the info doesn't come up. I've tried re arranging the conditions a few times but still no luck.
