    Hello!

I run a website for a client of mine and we're currently using a form from JotForm and we're curious if we're able to set up another type of form.

We're doing a type of scratch ticket contest and we want people to be able to scratch their ticket to reveal a number. Then they follow a QR code to our website where a JotForm is... At that point we want them to be able to enter their code and see if they won one of the three prizes we have.

Is this possible with your forms?

    Thank you!
    - Josh

If you have already determined the winner number, then you simply need to create a conditional logic to show some message to let the user know he won. You could even show the entire form if the winner code is enter, so the person can submit his information to redeem the prize: https://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once

You can clone my form to inspect it further if you want to: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
