Address form fields downloaded in CSV report out of order

We have several forms we are using all with csv downloads. This just started today, but the the address fields are getting downloaded in different order. Somteimes the zip code is first, other times its in the correct place.  One of the form links is below.

I have tried the CSV and Excel versions, but I was not able to reproduce the issue.

Could you please try to open the file using another computer, or Google Spreadsheet for example?
