Error message: Form not found. This form is disabled.

I tried to view form button but it comes out as page not found saying this form is disabled. Not sure where I can enable in the options as it already says form is enabled

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.
