How can I upload my PDF?

My PDF import continues to fail and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong to make this happen. The end goal is to make a fillable form with PDF.

You can import pdf's from adobe formscentral which closed down quite awhile ago. Please see https://www.jotform.com/help/340-How-to-Import-Adobe-FormsCentral-PDF-Forms-to-JotForm for more information. You can try other pdf's to import but changes are it isn't going to work right which might be the reason why it isn't working for you if otherwise.

However, it is very quick and easy to use our platform to create a new form which you could then download as a fillable pdf for your usage just the same.
