How to have Text field from form sent with submission?

    We don't have this form on our webstite - the link will be sent via mass email.  Attached is a link to the form so that you can see what it looks like.  Thank you in advance for your help!

    I assume you meant that this text is not going with submission:

    If that's the case, please follow this:

    So you have to manually copy and paste the text from Text field into the submission email body.

    Hello,
    No they can see the entire form (including text) – I’d like them to be able to print this form after they hit the submit button.

    For any headers and text you would like included in the email notification, you would need to add them manually.  However, you can include the headers and text of your form in the PDF output of your submission data:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission

    Then include a copy of the PDF in your submission data:

    This will give the user a copy of the submission data including all form text and such.
