I would like to create a form for conference registration.

Would like to speak with someone regarding your product.  I am involved in a yearly conference event which had over 250 people this year and next year moving to a larger venue.  I need a system which people can register online, pay with credit card, choose sessions attending and that will track sessions for size.

Unfortunately we do not provide support over phone. 

I see that you have created a nice form with multiple form fields. Do you have any specific question related to what you want to achieve in your form? Do let us know and we will surely try to help you. 

On a separate note, it seems your form is created in a guest account. This type of accounts are created if you do not sign up / sign in to your JotForm account and start building forms. I would suggest you to please sign up for a free account with email address skrushenick@salemstate.edu and form will automatically move to your new account. 

Do get back to us with your new account username if you do not see your form, we will manually move it in your new account.
