There seems to be some issues for people with submitting forms for the 8th- 12th May entry on The Prince's Trust account, the account holder is Chris Dabbs.
Two people have tried to submit forms and it keeps coming up with an error message saying they cannot submit the form as sections are not filled in. However, the sections have been filled in.
Also, I cannot download go into the form to edit or view submissions.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. Do you get any error message when you try to submit form?
I did test your form by sending a test submission and did not find any issue with that. I was able to submit form and thank you message was displayed successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
