It is the RTEC form. We are getting the email to say a submission has been made but in the submissions nothing?
I had it embedded in wordpress. I have now disabled this page until it is sorted.

I have checked your account and see that you are using EU datacenter to store the data for your account. You may be accessing the submission data using the URL https://www.jotform.com which would be accessing the US datacenter. Please try logging into https://eu.jotform.com/ and see if the submission data is being displayed correctly.
