We still changed the email address from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com and now Ms. Gantenbein jotform reported, that jotform ist out of submission storage and she have to upgrade now (see print).
That’s wrong, because our company has a bronze account for more subusers. Please see attached emails from Branka Mendez and your support.

I did check your account "Lieselore" and found that it has active bronze yearly subscription plan. When I checked account of firstname.lastname@example.org, I found that you have added as sub-user account.
Please note that sub user account do not get the limits of master / main account. If the forms are created in free sub-user account, the limit of free account will be applicable. The form needs to be first created in master / paid account and then those forms needs to be shared with sub-account.
Do you want us to move forms from email@example.com account to your account? If yes, please send us a request from firstname.lastname@example.org account and we will transfer forms to your account.
