We at the Rusty Hook Fishing Club, only use Jot Form once a year for our annual Black Drum

tournament, for online purchase of tickets. Please, cancel the Bronze membership and revert

the account back to the standard free membership.

I have checked your account and found that it's in the Free status. I understand that your issue has been resolved?
