Why my submissions are not showing in submission's page?

Can you kindly with regard to the data entered on 13 April. The respondent informed that she has entered 45 form on the same day. It\' for pilot testing and it is showing only few form. Thanks a lot

I couldn't check email log since your email notifier is not set properly:

So I couldn't check if some of the submissions went to email but not to submissions page (which is hard to happen).

Most probably those submissions didn't go through or there were not submitted.

Do you have any proof that that user submitted the form that many times?
