    Why approval workflow is not working properly?

    I can't seem to get the 2nd part of the email response to work. I got the first workflow working properly. Any ideas?

    Could you please tells us which emails are not going since when I tested I received all emails that are created. I assume that by "2nd phase" you mean the second notifier that should go if the form is approved. I received that email as well:

    The conditions were that Approved is set to "Yes" and that Dean field is Chris Moberg. 

    If the issue persists please let us know what exactly is happening on your side.
