The 'ONLINE REGISTRATION ' sends notification of each entry but stops at field youWill52. I sent a test email an it displays all the fields. How can I fix it?

It is because they are also empty in your email notification.
Recreate your email notification, delete the existing notification and create a new one. This is the easiest way to fix the problem.
