We are receiving the email forwarding of the forms with all correct information, but no new submissions are present in our account.Anytime someone uploads a photo we cannot access it because the link doesn't exist: Whoops!

This just started happening in the last hour or two.

We had a temporary issue with our servers that caused the issue. However, the issue should be fixed by now. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
We are sorry for the trouble caused.
The other question related to file uploads is moved to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.
