After submitted form, I can't view the submission. Please assist to look into it

Are the server issues also affecting editing forms? I have edited forms but the change are not taking effect?

Yes. Since the form submitted data is not replicated on the server the edit links are likely to receive an error. Could you check it again and get back to us if the issue still persists? We will be happy to assist.
