We're sorry for any inconvenience you might have experienced. 

But I'm not sure what the problem is exactly. We don't send notifications unless a user created a form didn't create them. Basically, all notifications are user actions actually, we don't control that. So you should refer this to the form owner if there is any problem with how you're notified.
