Why can't I upload videos in my form

    Hi there,

    Can you please give us more information regarding the issue you are encountering? Is there an error message when you are uploading videos to your form?

    Is this the form you are working on http://www.jotformeu.com/form/71081776914361? I tried uploading video to it and it was successful.
