Stripe Integration: Doesn't pass customers email addresses for receipts

    This still doesn't pass customers email addresses for receipts. Can you guys fix?

    In order for us to assist you properly, could you please provide the form ID or form direct link of the form?

    You can check and clone this cookie order form templatehttps://www.jotform.com/form-templates/stripe-example-cookie-order-form. After that, you can enable the Customer Email Field and Use Field as Billing Address. See image below:

    I have that box selected but it doesn't show up in stripe.

    Is it possible that the email field must come after the stripe widget?

    The field order is not supposed to affect the integration. When I test the integration on a cloned form in a Test Mode it seems to be working properly.

    Could you please re-check the Customers section in your Stripe account? Click on a customer record to see if the mail field is populated.

    I'll have to wait for the next payment to come through as I have sent the prior ones receipts manually (added their emails).

    It seems that an email was captured by Stripe integration for submission received on 2017-04-24.

    Now since the integration is using another E-mail field on your form, please wait for one more submission. If the email will not be forwarded, update this thread so we will be able to add a bug report ticket to our system.
