Forms not showing on my website

Hi guys,

I have a big problem!

 

No more form on my website since 1 or 2 days, i don't know exactly.

I can't understand why...

Can u help me quickly before my clients panic tomorrow and call me all the day!?

I checked your account and I found that you do not have any forms yet under your account.

What you have instead are shared forms from another user.

The shared form https://www.jotform.ca/form/61187309190254 was already disabled also due to Overlimit Status of the account from exceeded Upload file storage capacity.

This was the reason was not visible on the website.

Please check with the account owner of the form also to be able to reactivate the form.

I absolutely need to restore the situation by tomorrow morning 8h a.m.
So please tell me what i need to do!
No form = no client / business for me.
