I am trying to log in, but it is not working. I am also trying to retrieve my password but that isn't working either. Not sure what to do.

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. I also checked our email records and your email address email@example.com is not in our bounce list. You should received password reset instructions successfully.
I have initiated password reset from here. Can you please check and let us know if you have received the password reset instructions email or not?

I was trying to log in with my email instead of username so that's probably why it wasn't letting me log in.
