I can't log in to my account

    I have contacted you before about this problem but have had no reply.

    Although my user name or password are unchanged I can't log in to my account. your system doesn't even register that I exist even though I have had an account with you for many years.

    Can you fix this for me please?

    Your username is paulmumford. The registered email address is email@paulmumford.co.uk. I've found this account based on your current email address (paul.mumford@virgin.net) that is used for payment.
