Problems with pending submissions and attempts at correcting a form

    Hello,

     

    I have several parents who have "pending" submissions. Their PayPal did not process, but I see the charges.  If I "complete" it manually am I guaranteed payment?  One parent emailed that she was unable to use PayPal because she did not know the password.  A few others mistakenly hit submit before completing the form and when they tried to go back to the form, they were denied. In all of these cases, they have not received a copy of their submission via email. Please advise.  Thank you

    IPN needs to be enabled in Paypal account which send the notification to JotForm if the payment was successful or not.Please ensure that IPN in paypal is enabled.

    If I "complete" it manually am I guaranteed payment?  Please login to Paypal and make sure that the payment were completed.

    Just submitting the form by hitting submit button and getting redirecting to Paypal does not ensure payment. Payment gets completed once the user logs in to paypal account and actually makes a successful payment.

    On successful payment the users should receive email.
