How can I provide access to my colleagues to see form submissions

I  need to grant access to my colleague to see the form submissions. Is there a way to do that?

Yes, there is. If your colleagues also own a Jotform account, you can share your form's submission page to them by adding them as a sub-user of your account.

When you share a form to a sub-user account, you have the option to allow the owner of the sub-user to view the form's submissions only.

However, if, let's say, your colleagues don't have a Jotform account, you can just make the submission page of the form "Public". Then, you can provide them the link to the form's submission page together with the "password".
