How to create large YES NO responses to my questions

In the email I have just received you show large Yes No in green and red, how do I create these.

You can customize the email content in the email body on the settings so that you can receive customized email notifications. 

However, if you mean you want to change the font color of the email responses base on the answer. For example, Red is for No and Green is for Yes, unfortunately, this is not possible.

Thanks for responding so quickly, sorry I didn't explain myself. I wasn't referring to emails, I was 

referring to the answer to a short question or multiple choice.!

Please let us know which of the form and which field in the form you are referring to.

Also let us know what formatting you are looking for.

Thanks, I was referring to the single choice or multiple choice fields. I would like to show a Green button with a tick for yes and Red button with a cross for no, is this possible?

Can you please give us more details about your query? I'm not sure if I understand your question fully but if you want to receive a response that has a green check mark for the correct answer and a red cross for the wrong answer, you may consider turning your Form into a Quiz or Exam.
