The account that is over limit is the user CampAchdus. It seems you are a sub-user of that account. You would need to upgrade the CampAchdus account in order to restore the forms.
If you would like, we can cancel and refund your current subscription since it looks to be in error.

I cancelled and refunded the subscription that was made in error. You should see a $19.00 refund credited to your card in the next 5-7 business days.
