Why is my spreadsheet integration not working?

    Boa tarde !

     

    Meu formulário não está registrando a resposta no googlesheets no momento do envio, está com uma oscilação muito grande. Preciso de estabilidade.

    When I checked your website it asked for login:

    So I couldn't check which of your two forms are embedded there. Since I saw that both have Spreadsheet integration.

    Could you please let us know with which form you have this problem, or is it with both?

    Hello, I ran a quick test of our Google Spreadsheet Integration and it worked as intended. Here's how it looked like from my perspective:

    You would notice that the sheet got updated in an instant right after form submission. I manually pushed the submissions to both sheets associated with your form so check them now and see if the submissions pushed through.

    Issues with Google Spreadsheet Integration are usually fixed by redoing the integration so, if the problem persists, please give that a try on both of your forms.
