    Please insert the Mobile Responsive widget to your form. This will make your form mobile responsive. Here's a screen animation guide:

    1. Login to your account and open the form.
    2. Click the Add Form Element and go to the Widgets tab.
    3. Search for the Mobile Responsive and drag it to your form.
