Exceeded form views

I just signed up with ya'll and we only had 4 submissions of your forms and now you are saying that we have had over 1,000 form "views".  I am confused since I thought putting a form on a page and seen by a million people is NOT the same as someone actually filling it out and hitting the submit. Was this an error?

    Sorry or the inconvenience.

Please allow me to inform you that whenever someone views your form or loads your web page where the form is embedded, it is counted as a Form View. However, your preview of the form while you are logged in from your should not count as Form View even it is embedded on your web page. This means that Form views only count if someone else views the form. The same applies if you are not logged into the system while checking it.

For more info about Form View Limits, please refer to this guide: Form View Limits: What is it all about?
