Jotform Subscription Termination and Refund

    I would like to terminate our company's Jotform subscription effective March 20, 2017. The previous manager made an attempt to cancel, however, was not able to do so. However, being as though she is no longer here, I was able to step in an cancel the subscription. However, we have not used this service since the aforementioned date, and being that we are a federally funded program, it is imperative that recoup these funds if possible. Please reach out to me as soon as possible! Thank you!
