    Dear Jotform it states that we can send up to 100 forms per month free of charge but we have not sent out that many and I am receiving a message telling me that we need to upgrade.

     

    Please can you explain too me why we need to upgrade as we have not sent more than 100 forms in a month and how we can rectify it.
