Good morning,
We have received a notification about renewal and that payment was declined. I have logged into the website but there is no information about our account.

There are two accounts associated with your email address. One with the username "MarthaBravo" that has a couple forms with a lot of stored submissions but no activity. This is the account with the subscription and failed payment. The other is username "aal" and that account has one form with a large amount of stored submissions.
It doesn't look like either account would require a subscription. I would recommend downloading any submission data you need a backup for as when your subscription expires any submissions in excess of the most recent 500 will be hidden.
